Expanded Visions, LLC provides on site services for a wide range of events—from intimate gatherings to large events. Because no two events are ever the same, our approach is flexible and tailored to your specific venue, audience, and vision. With a strong background in event planning, we work closely with you to align expectations, logistics, and timing—ensuring a seamless, fun, and memorable experience from start to finish.
In most cases, we offer a complimentary venue or site assessment to evaluate space, access, and technical needs. This allows us to recommend the best setup and establish fair, accurate pricing.

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and nearly three decades of experience in the consulting engineering industry, including a long-standing role as an Engineering Project Manager, I’ve spent my career bringing structure, innovation, and results for a wide range of small and complex projects. Over the past 15 years, I’ve also dedicated my time in a leadership role volunteering for the St. George Catholic Church and School Parish Fair—an experience that’s deeply shaped my passion for community, creativity, and event success.
As I began to shift my focus toward retirement, I saw an opportunity to merge my leadership experience and love for community events into something new: Expanded Visions, LLC.
Expanded Visions was founded to provide high-quality mobile LED screen rentals that bring energy, engagement, and professionalism to events of all types. From church fairs and nonprofit fundraisers to corporate events and community festivals, my mission is to help clients create dynamic, memorable experiences—while working alongside people who share a commitment to purpose-driven fun.
